Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States usually takes 7–15 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Planning a party? Order by early October so your décor arrives well before Halloween night.

Returns

Not in love with it? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Start a return through our contact page with your order number.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
